Field Measure
We know how important it is to field verify prior to fabrication, as drawings don't always capture the existing conditions. Which could be costly in re-fabrication.
Material Take Off
We can spend the time to do material take offs and provide a list of material to order. We can also supply the material for you.
Shop Drawings
We can read all format of construction drawings and make shop drawings for each shop fabricated item. We have AutoCad services.
Quality Control
We also check in the material as soon as it arrives and verify material certifications, prior to using material for fabrication. We also notify of any material shorts we may have for fabrication.
Welding Services
We will fabricate with high quality standards at a high producing rate. Rain or Shine, 24/7, we will get the job done.
Quality Inspections
We will have a full time Certified Weld Inspector (CWI) onsite during the process of the welding. We can also supply Non-destructive Examinations (NDE) to all fabrication, to verify quality of work.
Quality Assurance
Prior to any shipments, all fabrications will be checked and verified prior to the fabrication leaving our shop. A Quality Control package will be submitted with every fabrication.
Field Consultant
We can make field installation drawings and go to the jobsites to help identify locations of pipe spools and where they are to be installed
